Moving towards less pain

More and more people are discovering the Alexander Technique. In England there was a research funded by NHS of almost 600 patients suffering from back pain. The outcome is excellent for people taking lessons in the Alexander Technique, this research was published by the British Medical Journal (BMJ) in 2008

In fact the 'BMJ' was so enthusiastic about the research outcome that they made an excellent introductory video about the Alexander Technique, you can see the video underneath.

Also a follow-up study published in the UK medical journal, Family Practice showed that the participants in the study who had taken Alexander Technique lessons became more satisfied over time, unlike other participants.

The Alexander Technique is far beyond a method to get rid of pain only, you can read more about it in clicking on any of the menu buttons, also check out my pupils testimonials.
